Domestic Shipping (India): All orders are shipped free and delivered within 4–5 working days.
International Shipping: Delivery takes 10–12 working days depending on the location. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Important for International Customers: Any customs duties or import taxes must be paid by the customer as per their country’s regulations.
Return & Refund Policy
All our products are handwoven and carefully checked for quality before shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.
Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will review it and provide a suitable solution.
